Course Title: Kingdom Ethics and Values (Substitute for DMIN 8113: Spiritual Formation and Health of the Leader)

Course Description:
This course explores the foundational principles of Kingdom ethics and values as essential components of spiritual formation and the overall health of the leader.

Through critical reflection and practical application, students will examine how Kingdom principles shape spiritual maturity, personal discipline, relational health, and leadership effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on cultivating habits and values that lead to what Scripture defines as “good success,” while addressing the internal and external dynamics that impact a leader’s well-being.

This course challenges students to evaluate their current spiritual condition, align their lives with the ethical standards of the Kingdom, and develop sustainable practices that foster holistic growth—spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. Students will also explore how Kingdom ethics influence the communities they lead and integrate these insights into their ministry context and doctoral development.

By synthesizing Kingdom theology with spiritual formation practices, this course equips leaders to function as healthy, effective representatives of God’s Kingdom, advancing both personal transformation and organizational impact.
